Reach a Child

For 2014 GMA SHRM is proud to partner with Reach a Child.

GMA SHRM has recently partnered with Reach-a-Child ( for our 2013-2015 philanthropic partner. Beginning at our January Summit, we will have a bin available for donations of new or gently used children's books for ages 2-12.  They ask that these books have no writing (To Jimmy, Love Grandma, etc.) in them.

Even more than donations of books, Reach-a-Child can use monetary donations.  Many of their expenses are shipping related to get books out to all of the organizations (police departments, EMTs, etc.) that are part of their network.
