RFP - Compensation and Benefits Surveys
Introduction -
The Greater Madison Area Society for Human Resource Management (GMA SHRM) is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors for its Compensation and Benefits Surveys. The selected vendor(s) will solicit participation (via a notification to members), collect and analyze survey data from Greater Madison Area companies, develop a report on compensation levels, and coordinate the production of the survey for distribution to purchasers (including formatting, navigation, duplication, packaging, and delivery to GMA SHRM.)
Qualified bidders must supply all information and pricing requested in this Request for Proposal (RFP) for their bid response to be accepted for evaluation. The successful bidder (hereinafter referred to as the “Provider”) must supply complete pricing for the type of service described.
The solicitation of proposals does not commit GMA SHRM to select a vendor or to pay any cost incurred in the preparation of a proposal. GMA SHRM reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals received as a result of this request, or to cancel in part or in its entirety this proposal if it is in the best interest of GMA SHRM to do so. Submission of a proposal is not a binding commitment by vendor to perform services.
Following receipt of proposals, GMA SHRM will select vendor(s) for an interview at its sole discretion and may negotiate an agreement for services. The final agreement for services will be reflected in a contract signed by GMA SHRM and the selected vendor.
