This survey comes out every other year, so your input at this time is very important. The last day to enter your benefits information and be included in the report is July 9, 2010. The more organizations that submit information, the greater the accuracy of the results! Provide on-going value to your fellow Madison Area HR Professionals —submit your information today!
Our continuing partnership with our survey vendor enetrix allows you easy, user-friendly on-line data submission and the ability to input your company’s data when it’s convenient for you!
The benefits survey includes expanded data on:
- Health Benefits (medical, dental, life, short-term disability, etc.)
- Paid Time Off (PTO, vacation, sick, funeral, holidays, etc.)
- Retirement Benefits (401k, 403b, etc.)
- Other Benefits (wellness programs, employee recognition, tuition reimbursement, employee assistance programs, etc.)

2. Select “Click Here to Register” on the right to create a username and password
3. Select “Participation” and follow the steps to enter your survey data.
Already registered with enetrix?
Great News! If you’ve already participated in an on-line GMA SHRM Benefits or Compensation Survey, participation in the Benefits Survey is even more convenient. Your username, password, and company profile are already stored and can be used for the Benefit Survey as well!
Please submit your data by 06/25/10 in order to be included in the next release of the survey data.
