Frank Merrick is the President and Managing Partner of The Mickus Group, a labor and employee relations consulting firm which he helped form. The firm specializes in preventive labor relations and has amassed an unparalleled record of success without incurring undesirable legal consequences or negative employee relations. His client relationships include both Fortune 100 and family owned companies in virtually every industry. He has personally managed employer campaigns in over 200 NLRB elections-achieving a 95% success rate.
Mr. Merrick has worked on the international staff of one of the largest labor unions in the country and then went on to coordinate all industrial relations activities for a multi-facility manufacturing employer. He subsequently served as VP of HR for a community teaching hospital in Chicago, and then for a leading nationwide logistics company. Mr. Merrick holds a Baccalaureate Degree in Personnel Management and a Master’s Degree in Labor Relations, both from Loyola University in Chicago.
