Our Presenter
Elizabeth Erickson Pevehouse is an associate with Melli Law, S.C. Her practice focuses on labor and employment counseling and litigation, in addition to general corporate litigation.
Ms. Pevehouse has substantial experience representing employers in a variety of labor, employment and personnel matters, including litigation regarding the enforceability of non-compete agreements.
Ms. Pevehouse earned her J.D. degree, summa cum laude, from the Ohio State University College of Law in 2000, where she served as the Executive Editor of the Ohio State Law Journal. Ms. Pevehouse also clerked for the Honorable Judge William J. Bauer of the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit.
