Our Presenter - Jeff Sidler, Sr. VP Career Services- Lee Hecht Harrison

As Senior Vice President, Career Management Services for Lee Hecht Harrison, Jeff brings a unique perspective on the evolution of careers, career paths and the changing nature of the employee/employer relationship. Jeff helps our customers maximize organizational success through services that connect people to work, increase career effectiveness and develop superior leaders.

Prior to joining LHH, Jeff served in a variety of consulting, management, sales, and training delivery roles for other human resource services providers including Development Dimensions International and Maritz Inc.

Jeff has extensive experience with the entire "employment cycle" including employee selection, assessment, development, performance management, career management, employee incentives, succession planning and outplacement.

Jeff obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Eastern Illinois University, Charleston, Illinois.
