This session will focus on a telecommunication company’s ongoing journey towards creating a generative teaching and learning culture of Servant-Leadership. Learn how the principles and practices of Servant-Leadership are integral to the organization’s chosen business model and foundational to how U.S. Cellular develops leaders at all levels. In particular, the design and implementation of a new, advanced Servant-Leadership Program – with an emphasis on operationalizing and “living” the characteristics of “Leadership in Service to Others”-- will be presented.
