Networking & Ice Breaker

Whether you’re an experienced HR professional or just entering the workforce, this is a great opportunity to network with other HR professionals and learn more about advancing your career.  This interactive session will focus on career planning, providing you with the opportunity to encourage professional relationships, and support between HR professionals.

This time will also give you the opportunity to meet with representatives from several area universities and educational institutions about HR related certificates and Bachelor and Master Degree programs.

Volunteer Recognition

We would like to recognize the efforts of Committee Members who have been involved in making GMA SHRM a great success this past year. Committee Chairs will be presenting a small token of thanks to each member of their committee and will provide a brief overview of their committee’s purpose.  We invite Committee Members to attend so we can recognize your contributions! During this time we will also formally recognize the 2005/2006 Professional Scholarship Winner.

Student Recognition

Students will be attending from UW Madison, UW Whitewater, and UW Platteville for formal student chapter recognition. Time will be allotted for professionals and student Q&A. Two Student Scholarship winners will be formally recognized for their scholastic efforts.

Table Top Displays

Take advantage of this opportunity to promote your business/organization to HR Professionals and students. Tabletop display opportunities are available to all business.
$50 secures your 3 to 4 feet of table top space. No electric available.
