Join us for the March 21st SHRM meeting, where we will share best practices for Work Life Balance (WLB) programs.
Starting at 9 am, a panel of top HR professionals from leading WI companies will share what programs they feel are essential for attracting, retaining, and inspiring quality employees. Their commentary will include their best practices and resources for designing and implementing these programs. A variety of programs that add value such as EAP, flex and shared schedules, and well-being will be covered.
