This meeting will be structured as primarily a roundtable discussion with our panelists. They will provide real solutions to compensation related mistakes and areas of concern. They will cover ten areas of concern. Here are three:
#1 Not having a formal compensation strategy (or comp philosophy) or business strategic plan.
#5 Not having a “system” at all, or having a system that cannot be clearly explained
#9 Not properly dealing with internal equity
If you have specific compensation problems or situations you would like addressed, please provide that information within your email registration.
