Morning Workshop: Top HR and Benefits Mistakes and HR Roundtable

Employment lawyers often see their clients, big and small, make the same types of mistakes over and over again. These mistakes affect morale, invite legal claims and affect their organization's bottom line. Could you list the mistakes that most often land employers in legal trouble?

In this workshop, a panel of seasoned employment and employee benefits attorneys will share their list of top HR and benefits mistakes, real-life situations, and suggestions for correcting and avoiding problem-prone practices. You will leave the program better able to spot potential pitfalls in your HR and benefits practices.

The presentation will be followed by an HR roundtable, where the panel members and participants will discuss and answer your questions on HR and benefits issues. The roundtable will offer a valuable opportunity to ask about sticky situations and to discuss best (and worst) practices. Bring your questions!
