Overview
This intermediate
level course presents the key concepts associated with measuring
and rewarding perfomance at the organizationwide, group and
individual levels. Issues addressed include: Organizational
performance planning, business strategy, the performance management
system and process, measurement, individual motivation and
the link between rewards and performance.
About World at Work Society of Certified ProfessionalsTM
WorldatWork Society of Certified Professionals is a not-for-profit
organization dedicated to providing certification in the human
resources disciplines of compensation, benefits and total
rewards. The society issues the Certified Compensation Professional
(CCP®), the Certified Benefits Professional (CBPTM) and
the Global Remuneration Professional (GRP®) designations.
It also serves as an alumni society for CCP, CBP and GRP certified
professionals. The organization is an affiliate of WorldatWork,
the professional association dedicated to knowledge leadership
in compensation, benefits and total rewards.
