Workshop: Effective Benchmarking Tools
Is HR
a strategic partner? Is HR spending time on the "right"
tasks? How are we performing? This interactive session will
review how HR can conduct a 360 degree analysis of itself
to quantify it's performance, time and resource allocation,
and perceptions of HR by the broader organization. During
this workshop, you will learn about the 360 degree analysis
framework and review sample results from each of the tools.

Keynote: Effective Use of Metrics and Benchmarking Strategies
for Human Capital Measurement
While
human capital measurement has been used in organizations for
more than 20 years, some organizations still do not measure
their human capital. Given the size of the investment in human
capital (on average it makes up 36% of operating expenses),
it is critical to measure, quantify, and understand how your
human capital impacts the bottom line. This presentation will
outline a measurement model that combines survey data from
the workforce with outputs allowing organizations to link
what is happening with an understanding of why it is happening.
Additionally, we will review a number of global Saratoga metrics
and discuss how to get started with a measurement effort.
