Keynote: Leadership at the Core and on the Edge
To gain
a clearer perspective on how the challenges of leading an
organization unfold in different organizations, and how they're
being addressed, 100 senior level leaders at multinational
Fortune 500 companies, as well as smaller organizations, universities
and professional service organizations were interviewed. The
study shows many executives are finding the traditional leadership
models and behaviors do not adequately address today's challenges.
We'll share the results and discuss their impact on your organization.
