This interactive
workshop is designed for anyone who is responsible for designing,
monitoring or managing sales compensation. Ronald Schell of
Axion Compensation will provide a presentation on total rewards
strategy and the difference between sales incentive plans
vs. sales commission plans. Attendees will learn who should
be covered in sales compensation plans and how to go back
and assess the effectiveness of the current commission or
incentive plans in place at their own workplace. A guided
discussion will follow to allow for current compensation issues
to be discussed.
