Coming Soon:  The New GMA SHRM Compensation Survey

The Compensation Survey Sub-Committee is excited to have chosen a new provider for the 2017 GMA SHRM Compensation Survey.  We are proud to announce the Chapter has entered into an agreement with Gallagher Surveys, one of the most respected providers of regional, national, and local compensation and benefits surveys to trade and professional associations.  Gallagher has been producing compensation surveys for over forty years, publishes over 60 annual surveys, and is growing. Gallagher’s surveys are administered through a flexible and secure internet survey portal, designed to provide data that is timely and reliable, while being convenient and user friendly for participants.

Participation will begin the first week of May and results will be available for purchase in early fall.  Not only is participation key to meaningful survey results, it also means reduced pricing on your purchase.  Participating organizations will receive a 50% discount on their purchase.  Be on the lookout for your invitation to participate in late April!

Thank you to committee members for their work on this valuable resource to Dane County employers!

Please note:  Due to circumstances beyond our control, GMA SHRM will not produce a
compensation survey for release in September 2016
.

The current cycle 2015 Compensation Survey is still available for purchase with details and purchasing instructions below and at right.  To help bridge the gap in data, QTI has made available these instructions on How to Age Data.

GMA SHRM will resume with the 2017 Compensation Survey data collection beginning late Spring 2017 with survey results available late August 2017.

2015 GMA SHRM Compensation Survey

Local compensation data is hard to find and the GMA SHRM Compensation survey is a great resource!

Losing a key employee over compensation can be expensive (recruiting costs, training a new employee, etc.) and so can over paying employees.  The new GMA SHRM Compensation Survey Report will provide local compensation data related to Base Pay, Total Cash Compensation, as well as Salary Range Information.  It will also include information regarding Pay Practices of participating organizations
