Presentation Description

What are the factors that enable or disable employee engagement? How can HR be most effective at influencing engagement levels? What are some of the best practices for enhancing employee engagement used by local HR practitioners?

This informal HR Roundtable will offer an opportunity share and collaborate with HR professional on employee engagement strategies that work. We will discuss engagement methods that have been implemented and the outcomes realized, how to measure engagement, and what factors influence the level of employee engagement. The group will share ideas on such hot topics as re-engagement and retention in a rebound economy, engaging high performers, and effective communication strategies to improve engagement.

Attend this HR Roundtable session and learn from your peers what works and what doesn’t for engaging your workforce.

• Learn about strategies that have been implemented to improve employee engagement and how engagement has been measured
