Is your company also considering this new feature? If so, when do you plan to add? If not, what are your company's concerns? Number of Replies: 6 by 11/11/2005 6:47:44 PM Posted Reply: I plan to amend our 401(k) plan to include the Roth 401(k) option. In all that I have read I do not see a downside. The key is communication and I speculate that those that will take advantage are those highly compensated, $220,000 plus in income, as they will continue to be in a high tax bracket post retirement and would prefer to pay the taxes now.
