Living Our Mission and Values
By Belinda Weber, SPHR, GMA SHRM President
“Advancing the Profession. Serving the Professional”
“Promoting Life-long Learning”
These are more than just words. They are demonstrated through the Chapter’s annual scholarship program benefiting HR professionals and students affiliated with our chapter.
Last year the Greater Madison Area Society for Human Resource Management (GMA SHRM) established a scholarship program to encourage and support professionals and students in their educational pursuit in the human resources field. The deadlines for the 2005 applications are fast approaching so I wanted to take this opportunity to reminder everyone of this great program, provide some highlights, and encourage qualified candidates to submit an application for consideration.
The Award
