The Disney Keys to Excellence

As a member of the Madison SHRM, we would like to make you aware of an extraordinary event this June 16: "The Disney Keys to Excellence." Hosted by the Minnesota Council for Quality, this full-day event will focus on best practices and philosophies from the world-renowned Walt Disney World Resorts. The workshop will showcase four key areas: leadership, service, loyalty, and HR management.

Attached is more information on the event. The Council has announced that they will honor the member rate for any SHRM member (just mention your affiliation when you register), and have agreed to extend the early bird one week to Friday, June 3.
