Topic: Raise Performance in Record Time, Using the Focus Framework

Presented by: -  David Levin

Tuesday, January 20, 2015
Alliant Energy Center
Madison, WI

Presentation Description

The sad fact is, there’s more pressure, stress and distraction in our lives than ever before – and it’s only getting worse! For people to succeed, they need to set all that aside and consistently work at their highest level. The problem is, our natural reaction to the pressure pulls us in the opposite direction, hurting our performance and turning us into people we’re not proud of.

The quickest way to raise people’s performance is to teach them how to consistently bring their best self in spite of the pressure. That’s what David Levin’s new “Focus Program” is all about. It’s the quickest, easiest way to make a massive improvement in your performance – and your life.

Presented in David’s light, upbeat style will keep everyone interested and engaged.  “Raise Performance in Record Time” gives you everything you need to know – and do – to have more Focus.

Participants will learn to:

  1. Better understand and evaluate individual's strengths and weaknesses
  2. Design more effective individual development plans
  3. Evaluate and develop training programs to maximize individual and organizational effectiveness
  4. Be a better mentor and coach
  5. Help others be better mentors/coaches
